Lake Superior Lodge Self Check-In Process

Checking in to your room is simple, no wait times, no clunky apps to download, just a simple and effective process to access at your leisure.  

1. Scan QR Code

SCAN QR CODE

Enter the room using your 4-digit Access Code provided in the Welcome Email. 

​On the back of every door is signage that has a QR Code you can scan with your mobile phone.  Simply open your camera, and hover it over the QR Code. 

A link will appear, click that link and it will bring you to the "Claim your reservation" page.

2. Enter Reservation Details

ENTER RESERVATION DETAILS

Every reservation comes with a reservation number, and the phone number you used to book the reservation.  These are the only items you'll need to enter.  

A.    Enter your reservation number
B.    Enter your phone number 
C.    Press SUBMIT

Nothing fancy, just enter two pieces of information to verify your reservation and who you are.

3.  Checking In

Checking In

Simply click on the CHECK-IN section.  

You can explore the sections:

RESERVATION DETAILS
This includes all of the information you entered while reserving your room.  You can see the payments made, balance due, room rates, nights, number of guests, adults, children, etc. 

OTHER RESERVATION
If you booked more than one room, you can see those details as well.  

You can use the dashboard to check-in to the other rooms, or view those reservation details as well.

4.  Checking Out

CHECKING OUT

As you get closer to that check out time, you can simply scan the QR Code again, and follow the on screen instructions and click on the CHECK-OUT button. 

At the bottom, you will be asked:

"Are you sure you want to check-out?"

Simply click the button that says:

"YES, CHECK-OUT OF MY STAY"

Voila!  You're done!  No mobile apps to download, to waiting for a front desk to check you out, no keys to return, just close the door behind you, and enjoy safe travels.
